Owner/chef San Lee’s roots are in Chinese cooking, but Chakara Bistro & Bar’s menu would best be described as Pan-Asian, incorporating flavors typically associated with Japanese, Thai, and Indian food, too. Choose from soups and starters like dumplings and samosas, noodles dishes, and entrées both traditional and unusual. The craft cocktails have an Asian twist as well, and Chakara also boasts a number of sake options.
