We will begin with a quick lecture briefly covering the history of the comics medium and what makes comics work. Then, we will spend the rest of our time making comics! We'll start with character design and go on to pencil and ink a 1-4 page comic. It can be as simple as a 3-4 panel strip or as complex and challenging as a 4 page story that can be either completely self contained or ongoing. All skill levels and ages welcome.
