Linkages Board members, Kristine Fredrick and Anton Yun, will discuss their experiences as residents and show photos of their travels in Russia's Far East territories. Both have lived and traveled in an area of Russia not usually visited by Americans. Linkages is the not-for-profit organization that sponsors the sister city relationship between Rochester and Velikiy Novgorod, Russia.
