For this year’s Annual Black Music Month Celebration celebration, RCTV seeks singers, rappers, poets and spoken word artists to compete in an open mic competition. A live house band will be available to accompany singers. Grand Tone, popular Rochester MC, and Executive Partner of independent music production, promotions, and entertainment company, Roc Music Group LLC will host the event.
