Music Director Ward Stare returns to Brockport to conduct the RPO in a program that includes Stravinsky’s The Firebird. This was the composer’s first large-scale work for orchestra, which propelled him into being an international sensation. The program also features two works by Lili Boulanger, whose career skyrocketed when she became the first woman to win the Prix de Rome. The concert opens with Debussy’s Printemps, a misty blend of winds, strings, and brass.

Please note that Parking Lot G, adjacent to the Tower Fine Arts Center, will only be available to RPO musicians.
