After you savor the chef-made Nut & Mushroom Pate for your appetizer, you'll be slicing, dicing, and mincing all kinds of veggies; carrots, onions, garlic, peppers, and some aromatic herbs, like rosemary, parley, and basil. Learning as you go how to get the most out of your veggies! Then, toast your awesome new knife skills with a glass of wine and delicious White Bean Soup and Farro Salad that our chef will prepare from the veggies you so perfectly sliced, diced, chopped and minced!
