Practicing yoga and reading tarot cards are two complimentary ways to tune in, reflect, and strengthen our intuition. During this workshop explore the themes and lessons of the tarot using the principals of alignment and the moving meditation of yoga to cultivate a deeper understanding of our minds, our bodies and our relationship with the Universe at large. Bring a tarot deck, a yoga mat, a journal to write in & a water bottle to fill from our cooler.
