Snowshoe to beat the winter blahs

Now all we need is snow. This is Rochester, isn’t it?

Beginning on Dec. 26, Helmer Nature Center hosts Trees for Trails, recycling discarded Christmas trees to renew its nature trails.

While there’s a lot of national anxiety right now, there are plenty of fresh air, music, and art events to help keep calm here in Rochester.

With outdoor activities for all the senses, this week’s events let us explore and expand connection through physical (and social) movements.
