Rochester public libraries to reopen Monday

Select Rochester Public Libraries will reopen Monday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Select regions in New York state will start to reopen certain businesses by the weekend, Governor Andrew Cuomo said Sunday.

The Erie Canal will stay shallow and closed to recreational users beyond May 15, the date the state had set for opening.
