MUSIC: Albany-based alt-rockers Aficionado have been on an ever-evolving sonic safari since their
formation in 2004. What was supposed to be a straight-forward, in-your-face
post-hardcore outfit, grew into an “11-piece, theatrical prog-rock
spectacle,” before ultimately sculpting the lineup into the robust seven-member
group it is today. The band plays tonight at Dubland
Underground (315 Alexander St.), 6 p.m., tickets running $10.
