Genesee Country Village & Museum’s annual Fiddler’s Fair is a weekend filled with performances featuring fiddles, guitars, harps, and dulcimers. Performers include a variety of local and regional fiddlers, as well as the Jamieson Irish Dancers. Musicians who bring their own instrument will receive free admission and can participate in a series of free workshops focusing on fiddling skills.
The Fiddler’s Fair will take place on Saturday, August 18, and Sunday, August 19, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with country dancing each day from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Genesee Country Village & Museum, 1410 Flint Hill Road, Mumford. Tickets are available online or at the door. $14-$22. 294-8218; gcv.org.
