Doghouse bassist Lee Rocker’s name is synonymous with the slap and thunder he gets from his instrument. As a founding member of The Stray Cats, some 40 years ago, Rocker has been part of a movement that got that beloved blend of country, jazz, and blues blasting out of the radio with hits like “Stray Cat Strut” and “Rock This Town.” The grass in front of the stage doesn’t stand a chance.
