A proposal to add two drive-throughs to the 45-acre CityGate project at Westfall and East Henrietta roads will be heard by the City of Rochester’s Planning Commission at 6:30 p.m. today (Monday, March 10). The meeting is in City Council chambers at City Hall, 30 Church Street. Commission members will hold a staff meeting, prior to the main meeting, at 5:30 p.m., in conference room 223B at City Hall. Both meetings are open to the public.
The only tenant announced so far for CityGate is a Costco store. But plans include a hotel, 300-unit apartment complex, retail, and office space. The developer is Anthony J. Costello and Son. BY CHRISTINE CARRIE FIEN
