This four-part mindful gratitude series will introduce you to the practice of mindfulness and practice several skills, including journaling, discussion, and meditation. The session dates are Wednesday, April 10; Wednesday, April 17; Wednesday, April 24; and Wednesday, May 1. Each session will include an opening meditation followed by a check-in, a discussion, and mindful gratitude practices. There will be optional readings, additional resources, journal prompts, and videos for those who want to deepen their learning and practice. Registration is required for each session.
