COMEDY: Laugh off the woes of spending painful hours with your family this Thanksgiving at Talent's Thanksgiving Comedy Jam. The show begins tonight at 8 p.m. at the Auditorium Theatre ( 885 E. MUSIC: For years I thought the Good Rats were from Rochester, they played here so much. These Long Island barroom rock 'n' roll underdogs have rocked and rolled forever (since 1964, to be exact). Their hit Tasty was my favorite air-guitar-in-my-underpants tunes. They'll be joined by Rochester troubadour Dave McGrath and the Zeppelin tribute The Sound Remains the Same tonight at the Main Street Armory for the Tribute to the Troops concert (900 E.
