Children Awaiting Parents' Heart Gallery photographic exhibit of children waiting in foster care for their adoptive families will be on display throughout November, National Adoption Month. This event features guest speaker Nicole Bayly (Family Court lawyer, part-time Town Justice in Wheatland, foster parent since 1999 and mentor) and CAP representatives.
