City Newspaper's 2016 Festival Preview Guide

This is the wonderful time of year when Rochester trades in its scarves for sunscreen. It's when festival season kicks into overdrive — and not just in Rochester, but in Ontario, Livingston, and Wayne counties, too.

It certainly can be hard to keep track of all the festivals throughout the region, so to help you set your calendars, City collected information on many of the area's summer festivals, beginning with the Lilac Festival and capped by the Rochester Fringe Festival.

Rochester Lilac Festival

Friday, May 6, through Sunday, May 15

The Lilac Festival, now in its 118th edition, kicks off the summer festival season on May 6. The annual event in Highland Park crushes it in terms of beauty: more than 1200 lilac plants, consisting of about 500 varieties, adorn the land.

While there's certainly a lot of flower power to draw visitors, the Lilac Festival also has big plans in the food and music categories. This year's headliners include The Sheepdogs (May 7), Los Straightjackets (May 8), Gaelic Storm (May 9), Matisyahu (May 10), and fan favorite Rusted Root (May 12).

Along with the Lilac Parade (May 7), Highland Hospital Lilac Run (May 15), the annual wine tasting and farmer's market (May 12 and May 13), the Lilac Brew Fest (May 14), and the Art in the Park artists and makers show (both weekends), the stars of Animal Planet's "Tanked," Wayde King and Brett Raymer, will host seminars on aquarium building, and will talk with fans about favorite episodes. The seminars take place during the two-day Lilac Home and Garden Show on May 7, and May 8, inside the Farmers Insurance Special Events Tent.

The 118th edition of the Rochester Lilac Festival runs from May 6 to May 15, 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily in Highland Park. Admission is free. Visit rochesterevents.com/lilac-festival for the full schedule of events.

Dachshund Parade

Saturday, May 7

Along with, of course, its canine parade, the 15th annual Dachshund Parade will feature dog health information available from Veterinary Specialists of Rochester, Verona Street Animal Society, and TheraVet Acres, and a variety of handcrafted dachshund-themed items being sold by various vendors.

The Parade takes place on Saturday, May 9, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at Washington Square Park (181 South Clinton Avenue South). Admission is $1 for each dachshund (other breeds should not be brought) and parade donations are accepted. For more information, visit Dachshundparade.com.

Low Bridge, High Water

Thursday, May 12, to Saturday, May 14

The Low Bridge, High Water Festival is an ode to the Erie Canal. This Village of Brockport "signature event" celebrates the annual opening of the Erie Canal for the season. The festival includes a beer tasting, and a 5K run — if you feel inclined to exercise away the booze consumption.

Low Bridge, High Water takes place Thursday, May 12, through Saturday, May 14, in the Village of Brockport. Admission to the festival is free. Tickets for Friday's beer tasting at Stoneyard Brewing Company (1 Main Street, Brockport) are $20 in advance, $25 at the door, and $10 for designated driver admission. Roc City Ribfest

Friday, May 27, to Monday, May 30

Get that bib ready, it's rib-devouring time. In addition to a rib cook-off, the Roc City Ribfest will host a Food Truck Throwdown (May 27), where voters can select the top food truck.

All your barbeque dreams will come true at Genesee Valley Park, 99 Elmwood Avenue on Memorial Day weekend (May 27 to May 30). The festival is open 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday; 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday; and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday. Admission is $5; developing a rib crush is free. Rochester Greek Festival

Thursday, June 2, through Sunday, June 5

"Opa!" It's something you'll hear frequently at Rochester's Greek Festival. The festival includes a Greek marketplace, traditional music and dancing, and of course, plenty of food. Delicacies include gyros, fried calamari, baklava, and spanakopita.

The Rochester Greek Festival takes place Thursday, June 2, through Sunday, June 5, on the grounds of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 962 East Avenue. 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Admission is free. For more information, visit Rochestergreekfestival.org or call 244-3377.

Fairport Canal Days

Friday, June 3, through Sunday, June 5

The popular Fairport Canal Days is a three-day arts festival with barbequed delights, plenty of jazz musicians, and merchants selling their art, crafts, and creations. For those who like to indulge in both the sweet and savory, there will also be wine, chocolate and cheese tastings.

Fairport Canal Days, now in its 40th year, runs Friday, June 3, through Sunday, June 5, in the Village of Fairport. Events begin Friday night with a chicken BBQ from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., and will continue Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, visit fairportcanaldays.com.

19th Ward Square Fair

Saturday, June 4

On the first Saturday in June, it's all about the 19th Ward. The Square Fair is a neighborhood festival celebrating community, and includes a parade (which starts at 11 a.m.), pancake breakfast, games and activities for kids, local arts vendors, a book sale, and musical performances throughout the day.

The Fast & The Furriest

Saturday, June 4

Paw-fives will be doled out during the 10th annual Fast & The Furriest Races, Walk, and Pet Fest. The festivities include 5K and 10K races, dog walk, pet contests, a food truck rodeo, live music, discounted pet adoptions, and more. Funds are used to help reunite lost pets with their owners, create incentives for adopting shelter pets, and support pet retention to minimize the numbers of stray and unwanted animals entering shelters.

The Fast & The Furriest Festival takes place from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 4, at Rochester Animal Services, 184 Verona Street. Pet puns are welcomed. Visit VSAS.org for more.

Show on Monroe

Saturday, June 4

The Show on Monroe, stretching the length of Monroe Avenue between the Inner Loop and 490, fills the street with buskers, business specials, and a festival wide scavenger hunt. This year, the festival's fourth, will feature a mobile video game theater set up along the avenue, and the Genesee Center for the Arts & Education will again host its Spokes & Ink Festival.

The Show on Monroe takes place Saturday, June 4, along Monroe Avenue. Admission to the festival is free; participation in the Scavenue Hunt is $10. For more information, check out showonmonroe.com.

Finger Lakes Plein Air Festival

Tuesday, June 7, through Sunday, June 12

The Finger Lakes Plein Air Festival, now in its fifth year, is an arts competition that celebrates artwork created "en plein air," or "in the open air." During the competition, according to the festival's website, 43 participating artists will paint around Canandaigua Lake and nearby communities, and will all culminate in a sale of the paintings.

The Finger Lakes Plein Air Festival will take place Tuesday, June 7, through Sunday, June 12, in and around Canandaigua. For a full list of events and locations, check out fingerlakespleinair.com.

Rochester Real Beer Week

Friday, June 10, through Sunday, June 19

If it wasn't already obvious, Rochester is keen on craft beer. Anchoring the Rochester Real Beer Week — a collection of events hosted at various bars and venues around the city — is the Real Beer Expo, on Saturday, June 11. Details for the week's events and the expo's vendors is not yet available, but check rochesterrealbeer.com for info as the event draws closer.

The Rochester Real Beer Week takes place Friday, June 10, through Sunday, June 19, at venues all over Rochester. Event prices vary, but Expo tickets are currently available online for $45 ($65 VIP). Event times and prices will be posted at rochesterrealbeer.com as they become available, and a complete guide will be inserted into City Newspaper on May 25.

Adirondack Mountain Club's Outdoor Expo

Saturday, June 11

And now here's a chance to embrace your inner Ron Swanson and brush up on your outdoors skills. Demonstrations and workshops for hiking, canoeing, kayaking, backpacking, camping, bicycling and other related outdoor activities will be presented by local clubs and organizations. If you're thinking folk music would go well with this, you're in luck: the Golden Link Folk Singing Society will provide the tunes.

Sponsored by the Genesee Valley Chapter of the Adirondack Mountain Club and Monroe County Parks, the festival will take place Saturday, June 11, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Beach Area of Mendon Ponds Park, Douglas Road, Mendon. Admission is free. gvc-adk.org/expo.

Keuka Arts Festival

Saturday, June 11, and Sunday, July 12

Held annually along the Keuka Lake Outlet Trail, the Keuka Arts Festival features fine arts and crafts created by regional artists as well as food from local restaurants and Finger Lakes wines. This year's festival will have music provided by Virgil Cain, Mike MacDonald, Mike Kornrich, Crosseyed Cat Band, and Rebecca Colleen and the Chore Lads

The Keuka Arts Festival will take place Saturday, June 11, and Sunday, July 12, along the Keuka Lake Outlet Trail in Penn Yan. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Admission is free. For more information, visit keukaartsfestival.com.

Finger Lakes Chamber Music Festival

Saturday, June 11, through Saturday, July 30

The Finger Lakes Chamber Music Festival will kick off its summer of concerts on Saturday, June 11, with a program filled with Mozart, Beethove, and Villa-Lobos performed by an ensemble of musicians from the Manhattan Chamber Orchestra. Concerts take place almost every weekend in June and July in various venues around the Finger Lakes.

The Finger Lakes Chamber Music Festival will take place Saturday, June 11, through Saturday, July 30, on various dates and at various locations in the Finger Lakes region. All concerts (except for a free program on Wednesday, July 13, in Penn Yan) cost $25 for adults, and are free to students. For the full schedule, visit fingerlakes-music.org.

Festival on the Green

Friday, June 17, through Sunday, June 19

The Village of Honeoye Falls' Festival on the Green celebrates the area's local music and art with food vendors, arts and crafts, live music, and family-friendly activities.

The Festival on the Green runs June 17 through June 19. Not many details are yet available, but events are scheduled for the Fireman's Field (321 Monroe Street) on Friday, and Harry Allen Park (21 North Main Street) on Saturday and Sunday. Maplewood Rose Festival

Saturday, June 18

For its 26th year, the Maplewood Rose Festival is paring back to only one day of activities in Maplewood Park. The park's Rose Garden is home to more than 3,000 rose bushes, including the classic "Malmaison" and more recent hybrid "Princess Diana."

The Maplewood Rose Festival will be held Saturday, June 18, 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Maplewood Park and Rose Garden (on the corner of Lake and Driving Park Avenues. Check maplewood.org/rose-festival for more information.

Rochester International Jazz Festival

Friday, June 24, through Saturday, July 2

For its 15th edition, the Rochester International Jazz Festival aims to do more than ever. The numbers are certainly staggering: More than 235 Club Pass concerts, six headliner shows, and 99 free gigs across the 9-day festival.

Headliners include Grace Potter, Erykah Badu, Gregg Allman, Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue (this is one of the aforementioned free concerts), Chick Corea with Joey Alexander, Chris Botti, and Bruce Hornsby and the Noisemakers.

Other major artists appearing include Fitz & The Tantrums, Los Lonely Boys, Brecker Brothers Band, The Wood Brothers, Jon Cleary & The Absolute Monster Gentlemen, John Mooney, Curtis Stigers, Avishai Cohen, Eric Lindell, Mingo Fishtrap, Pedrito Martinez, Bria Skonberg, Roses and Revolutions, and more.

Also new this year: The inaugural "Oh, Canada!" series will be held at The Rochester Club. These nine concerts will be recorded live by WXXI-TV (PBS) in Rochester and broadcast on PBS stations across the US.

The 15th edition of the Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival will take place from June 24 to July 2 in downtown Rochester. For more information, including schedule, tickets, and venue information, visit rochesterjazz.com.

Day of Remembrance

Sunday, July 3

The Day of Remembrance — now in its 18th year — is a time for honoring and reflecting on the lives lost in the Middle Passage of the slave trade. It's hosted by the Maafa Celebration Committee.

The Day of Remembrance takes place on Sunday, July 3, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Durand Eastman Park (located on Lake Shore Boulevard; look for the red, black, and green flags). Admission is free and open to the public. Attendees are asked to wear white, bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit, and flowers for the libation ceremony. City of Rochester's Summerfest 2016

Friday, July 8, and Saturday, July 9

The Rochester Summerfest is a weekend full of family events, concerts, and food. The concerts include performances by Millie Jackson, Joe, Jagged Edge, Denise LaSalle, and more. Each day has it's own theme: Friday is Blues and BBQ, and Saturday is 90's throwback and includes a "KID ZONE" which will have water slides, batting cages, face painting, and bounce houses.

Summer fest will be held at Salhen's Stadium, 460 Oak Street. Friday, July 8, gates open at 5 p.m., and Saturday, July 9, gates open at 1 p.m. Tickets are $20 on Friday, and $40 on Saturday. Admission is free for children 10 and under. For more information, visit cityofrochester.gov/SummerFest/.

Corn Hill Arts Festival

The Corn Hill Arts Festival has a little of everything: music, food, wine, and of course, art. And the 48th edition of the festival will also include crafts, beer, and more.

Rochester Pride 2016

In what has become one of Rochester's most fun and important weeks, the Gay Alliance of the Genesee Valley has once again set aside a part of July to promote an inclusive environment for people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions. While the event stretches for a week, highlights include a parade (July 16) and festival (July 16 and July 17).

Pride week takes place Sunday, July 10, through Sunday, July 17, throughout the city of Rochester. Tickets for the Pride Festival can be purchased from the Gay Alliance website. For more information and a complete list of events and locations, visit gayalliance.org.

Canandaigua Art and Music Festival

Friday, July 15, to Sunday, July 17

The gateway to the Finger Lakes is set to celebrate art and music in July. Bands will play on all three days, food trucks will be plentiful, and the art will be abundant with more than 100 artists, craft makers, and vendors.

The Canandaigua Art and Music Festival will be held on Friday, July 15, from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.; and Saturday, July 16, and Sunday, July 17 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free. For more information, visit canandaiguaartfestival.com.

Finger Lakes Wine Festival

Presented by Yancey's Fancy New York's Artisan Cheese, the Finger Lakes Wine Festival includes more than 80 wineries, and many food vendors from popular Rochester restaurant spots.

The Finger Lakes Wine Festival will be held Friday, July 15, through Sunday, July 17, at the Watkins Glen International Speedway (2790 County Rte. 16 in Watkins). Passes include a one day pass ($45-$50), a two-day pass ($50-$55), and a one day designated driver pass ($25, must be 18 years or older). Canandaigua Lake Music Festival

Friday, July 15, through Sunday, July 24

The 2016 Canandaigua Lake Music Festival will feature four concerts and a special event during the latter half of July. Pianists Jon Nakamatsu and Audrey Andrist will join other area musicians for performances of Schubert (July 15 with Nakamatsu), Frank and other Romantic Era giants (July 22), and Beethoven (July 24 with Andrist).

The festival begins Friday, July 15, and continues through Sunday, July 24, at Finger Lakes Community College (3325 Marvin Sands Drive). Each concert is $28, or $100 for all four. For more information, visit lakemusicfestival.org.

Macedonian Festival

Friday, July 22, through Sunday, July 24

The St. Dimitria Macedonian Orthodox Church community will host its 19th annual celebration of Macedonian culture and heritage. If live Macedonian music and dancing doesn't sound like fun, there will be numerous delicious baked goods, shish-kebops, stir-fry, and several other food-related attractions. Face-painting and balloons will be available for kids, door prizes and raffles will be held each day, and beer and Macedonian wine will be available for purchase.

The festival will take place Friday, July 22, 5 p.m. to 12 a.m.; Saturday, July 23, 12 p.m. to 1 a.m.; and Sunday, July 24, 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. St. Dimitria's is located at 235 Telephone Road in West Henrietta. Admission is free. For more information, visit macedonianfest.com.

Native American Dance and Music Festival

Saturday, July 23, and Sunday, July 24

Held annually at the Ganondagan Historic Site, the Native American Dance and Music Festival is a cultural celebration of Seneca and Haudenosaunee heritage. Guided tours of Ganondagan's trails and of the bark-sided longhouse will be held daily, in addition to traditional storytelling, a Native arts market, and raffles. One of this year's featured performers will be "Native Americana" singer-songwriter Darryl Tonemah with his acoustic band.

The 25th Native American Dance and Music Festival runs Saturday, July 23, and Sunday, July 24, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Ganondagan Historic Site (1488 State Route 444 in Victor). For more information, visit ganondagan.org.

Canandaigua Lakefront Art Show

Saturday, July 30, and Sunday, July 31

Regional artists will get together on the north shore of Canandaigua Lake for the two-day Canandaigua Lakefront Art Show. Along with the display of arts, food vendors and local businesses will be out mingling with the crowd.

The Canandaigua Lakefront Art Show will take place Saturday, July 30, and Sunday, July 31, at Kershaw Park, 155 Lakeshore Drive, Canandaigua. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Admission is free. For more information, visit clfestivalofthearts.com.

Spencerport Canal Days

Saturday, July 30, and Sunday, July 31

The website for Spencerport's Canal Days uses the term Canaligators in its logo, and the fest lives up to this top-notch term. There will be arts and crafts on display, commercial booths selling a number of goods, food vendors, and live music along the Erie Canal.

Spencerport Canal Days will take place along the Erie Canal in the Village of Spencerport from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 30, and Sunday, July 31. Admission is free. For more information, visit spencerportcanaldays.com.

Waterfront Art Festival

Saturday, July 30, and Sunday, July 31

This longtime Canandaigua staple — the Waterfront Art Festival is in its 43rd year — is now permanently held in Webster. The festival is a fine arts and craft show that kicked-off in 1973 on the Canandaigua City Pier. It was held in Canandaigua for 41 years, and moved to Webster last year. Organizers say the artwork is the star. Live music, food, and more will be available.

The Waterfront Art Festival will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 30, and Sunday, July 31, in Webster's North Ponds Park. Visit waterfrontartfestival.com for more.

Lima Crossroads Blues Festival

Friday, August 5, through Sunday, August 7

Along with three days filled with the blues, the Lima Crossroads Blues Festival will also feature a car cruise, local food, activities for kids, and a euchre tournament. Proceeds from the festival go to support Camp Good days. The festival lineup will be announced as the summer begins.

Puerto Rican Festival

Friday, August 5, through Sunday, August 7

The annual celebration of Puerto Rican culture begins with opening ceremonies at 4 p.m. Friday, August 5, and continues with music all three days. The weekend will include performances by headliners Bachata Heightz, George Lamond, and Ismael Miranda. For more information, visit prfestival.com.

The Puerto Rican Festival be held Friday, August 5, through Sunday, August 7, at Frontier Field, 333 North Plymouth Avenue. The festival is open from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday, 12 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Finger Lakes Riesling & Craft Beer Festival

Saturday, August 6, and Sunday, August 7

There's a lot to adore at the Finger Lakes Riesling & Craft Beer Fest: A beautiful view of Canandaigua Lake, wine tastings, craft beers, food, and grape stomping. There's also plenty of music, a special farmers market, arts and crafts show, and activities to keep the kids busy while the adults are imbibing.

The Finger Lakes Riesling & Craft Beer Festival takes place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, August 6, and Sunday, August 7, at the New York Wine and Culinary Center (800 South Main Street, Canandaigua) and the Canandaigua City Pier (on Lakeshore Drive). Entrance to the Wine Garden is $25, or $10 for an "education pass" which includes access to all areas of the festival besides the wine and beer sampling; admission to the festival is free. Park Avenue Summer Art Festival

Saturday, August 6, and Sunday, August 7

Another longtime Rochester favorite hits a milestone. The Park Avenue Summer Art Festival enters its 40th year. It's a weekend where Park Avnue. is closed to traffic, and vendors, food trucks, and visitors take over. Local bistros, cafes, bakeries, and coffee houses in the neighborhood will also get in on the act. Festival highlights include: A juried art show featuring the handmade creations of more than 350 artists in 13 different categories, three entertainment stages, and a shuttle service from the parking area at Gleason Works on University Avenue.

The Park Avenue Summer Art Fest is set for Saturday, August 6, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, August 7, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Park Avenue between Alexander Street and Culver Road. Admission is free. For more information, visit rochesterevents.com/park-ave-festival.

Avon Rotary Corn Festival

Saturday, August 13

This Livingston County festival is a community staple, and is corny in the best way possible. Aside from arts, crafts, and food vendors, the festival's mascot, Kernel Cornfestus, will be roaming the grounds. Proceeds from the Festival are used to support the Boy Scouts, Avon Rotary-Lions Ambulance Service, Avon Food Pantry, Teresa House, literacy programs, Rotary International Youth Exchange students, and the Rotary Foundation.

The Avon Rotary Corn Festival takes place on Genesee Street in the village of Avon. Admission and parking are free. For more information and a complete schedule of events and vendors, visit avonrotary.org.

Arts at the Gardens

Saturday, August 20, and Sunday, August 21

Held in Sonnenberg Gardens & Mansion State Historic Park, the Arts at the Gardens festival is a juried show and sale of fine arts and crafts. More than 100 artists will be on display. Arts at the Gardens will also feature a wine and beer garden, live music, food, a sculpture garden, and access to the Sonnenberg Mansion and its nine gardens.

Arts at the Gardens will take place Saturday, August 20, and Sunday, August 21, at Sonnenberg Gardens and Mansion, 151 Charlotte Street, Canandaigua. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Admission is $6 (free for children under 12). For more information, visit artsatthegardens.com.

New York State Festival of Balloons

Thursday, September 1, to Monday, September 5

A sky filled with dozens of hot air balloons is a spectacular sight, and New York State's Festival of Balloons delivers just that. There's fun on the ground too with arts and craft shows, food vendors, jazz bands, and a "hawk walk" with a bird of prey showcase.

The New York State Festival of Balloons runs Thursday, September 1, through Monday, September 5. Scheduled balloon launches run Friday at 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday at 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., and Monday at 6 a.m. The festival takes place at Dansville's Municipal Airport, 176 Franklin Street, at the Maple Street Entrance. Admission is $5 and free for children under 12. Part of the profits are donated to a local charities each year. For more information, visit nysfob.com.

Golden Link Turtle Hill Folk Festival

Golden Link Folk Singing Society will host the 45th Turtle Hill Folk Festival. A variety of bands will perform day and night concerts throughout the weekend, including David Wilcox, April Verch Band, Gathering Time, and more. Workshops and small presentations will also be held during the day.

The Turtle Hill Folk Festival will be held at the Rotary Sunshine Campus, 809 Five Points Road, on Friday, September 9, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday, September 10, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.; and Sunday, September 11, 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Admission is $65 in advance, $80 at the gate ($55 and $75 for Golden Link Members) and free for children 12 and under. Clothesline Arts Festival

Local artists take center stage in the 60th Clothesline Arts Festival. The event will feature original art by more than 400 New York artists that attendees can browse or buy. Creative workshops, food trucks, and a sidewalk sale are also part of the experience. Visitors can stop in the museum too while at the festival.

The Clothesline Arts Festival will take place at the Memorial Art Gallery, 500 University Avenue, on Saturday, September 10, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, September 11, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $5 ($4 for MAG members) and free for children 10 and under. Rochester Fringe Festival

Whether it was Circus Orange lighting up the sky with fire and spectacle in 2014, or a record 500-plus shows in 2015, the Rochester Fringe Festival finds a way to up the must-see factor. Everything from music, dance, and theater, to site-specific and interactive performances will fill downtown Rochester for 10 days of art.

The Rochester Fringe Festival runs Thursday, September 15, through Saturday, September 24, and features hundreds of performances. Festival of Food

Monday, September 19

Foodlink's annual fundraiser, the Festival of Food features more than 100 restaurants, wineries, breweries, bakeries, and farms from around the region offering food and wine tastings.

Festival of Food takes place Monday, September 19, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., in the Rochester Public Market (280 North Union Street). Tickets are $50, and will go on sale July 18. A limited number of tickets will be available the day of the event for $60. foodlinkny.org.
