The original plan was to serve breakfast food in the morning and Vietnamese food in the afternoon and evening. More people came for the Vietnamese food so owner Anthony Lam dropped the diner fare. But it’s more than phở and bánh mì sandwiches.

Stingray SushiFusion gets a brick-and-mortar on South Ave
Rochester-based food truck Stingray SushiFusion has offered a blend of Latin and Japanese cuisine since 2013. Just recently its owners Radhames and José Veras joined the ranks of other local food trucks who have expanded their biz to brick-and-mortar joints.
