Great bike shops don’t just sell bikes. They’re run by a knowledgeable staff of cycling enthusiasts who build community with classes and host events to get people rolling. Our two winners, Full Moon Vista and Towpath, have all of those attributes, and then some. It’s worth noting that CITY readers recognized these two fixtures in the cycling community as the best bike shops in Rochester in equal measure, literally down to the hundredth of a percentage point in our poll.
